Why do you ask for a stakeholder's birth date?
Why do you ask for a stakeholder's birth date?
Updated over 10 months ago

Birthdate information is used to help identify key milestones that may require updates or modifications to your Estate documents. When you elect to capture birth dates for a stakeholder, Legacy Logix is able to cross reference the stakeholder's date of birth with age-related triggers in your plan.

For example, your trust may include a guardian or specific instructions for your underage children. When they reach majority, you may want to remove the guardian or review the instructions. Legacy Logix will track this age-related milestone, and send you an alert far enough in advance to give you time to act.
